All Learning Coaching sessions are 1-on-1, virtual, and are a minimum of 1 hour in length. Sessions will be held using an online video-call/whiteboard platform.

What if I told you school isn't just about the material you learn? This workshop helps you use school as a tool for your own learning, instead of treating it as the end goal of learning.

Mental Health and Resiliency

Effective learning comes from a place of safety and security. When we are struggling with our brains, everything else is that much harder, especially learning. Most students deal with mental health issues at some point in their learning journey. Many also deal with mental illness on a daily basis. This workshop will help you navigate and understand how learning is impacted by mental health and what you can do to help manage stress, depression, anxiety, and more as a learner.

Working WITH Your Brain

School is full of 'shoulds.' You should study this way. You should be doing x, y, and z to be successful. However, no two brains are the same and therefore what works for one won't work for another. With this workshop we explore how to find and work with your brain's natural abilities, patterns, and discuss how to work with your brain, not against it.
